Your Indiana Chi Phi Board is considering its options to recolonize Iota Delta within concepts of the Changing Lives program.  Our officers and directors handle planning, conferences, minutes, legal affairs, finance, communications including Chapter Eternal notices; issue an annual President's Message; maintain our website; promote Little 500 and Homecoming events; and arrange for our Alumni Reunions every five years. 

A committee of alumni is to have oversight concerning our Chi Phi ritual, Chapter advisor, and Graduate Scholarship advisor.

The Housing Corporation will deal with bricks-and-mortar details of running Chapter house operations, such as furnishings, maintenance, and landscaping.
